It is with profound sadness that I share news regarding the passing of Tanesha Young.  She was an active and engaged senior MTSA student who shared her compassion and care for others by participating in our recent mission trip to Haiti.  Tanesha was appreciated and loved by her peers.  She will be missed by all including the faculty, staff, administration — and certainly by her family and fellow students.

I invite you to participate in a memorial service on the MTSA campus this Friday evening as we remember and reflect on the life and legacy of Tanesha Young.  If you cannot join us, please remember her family in your devotions and prayers.

MTSA is committed to remembering Tanesha and will be planting a tree to honor her and the impact she had while on campus.
