We’re so excited to have you join the MTSA family. This page is your one-stop guide for getting started — from setting up your student portal, completing financial aid requirements, to applying for financial aid.

- 11/16: Complete Financial Aid and Direct Loans Requirements
- 6/30/2026: Deadline to file the 2026-2027 Federal FAFSA
Get Started
Here’s exactly what you need to know to get started.
The Financial Aid Office is dedicated to supporting your educational journey by providing resources and guidance throughout your three-year program. If you are interested in receiving financial assistance, please follow the steps below and be mindful of deadlines.
Step 1: Access Your Student Portal
Set up your Campus Café Student account — this is your main hub for:
- Checking grades and schedules
- Accessing course materials
- Managing tuition and billing
Step 2: Complete Financial Aid Requirements
Take care of your financial aid to avoid delays:
- Visit StudentAid.gov to submit your 2025-2026 FAFSA
- Complete the FAFSA using 2023 tax information.
- MTSA School Code is 007783
Step 3: Schedule Your Financial Aid Orientation
In this orientation we will convey everything you need to succeed:
- Schedule your One-on-One Financial Aid Orientation for either an in-person or online TEAMS appointment by November 6, 2025.

Type in MTSA, scroll to the bottom and click View Loans, to view the lenders frequently used by MTSA students. You may select any lender and complete the required paperwork. (MTSA does not have a preferred lender list or arrangement).

Step 5: Reach your Financing Decision
Access your financial aid offer via your Campus Café Student Portal to accept or decline your aid package.
